This
will
require
no
exterior
work
in
the
structure
or
the
site.
The
heating
systems
for
the
structure
are
currently
separate.
Each
unit
will
have
two
entrances,
which
already
exist.
A
firewall
system
to
separate
the
two
units
needs
to
be
implemented
along
with
adding
a
kitchen
into
proposed
unit
two.
The
original
house
was
built
in
1890
with
the
addition
in
the
back
being
built
in
the
1960’s,
which
has
naturally
separated
the
house
into
two
living
spaces.
Tim
Tuttle
verbally
waived
the
need
for
a
Transportation
Impact
Analysis
due
to
the
nature
of
the
project.
Gutter
locations
and
drainage
flow
was
deemed
not
necessary
to
provide
by
Stormwater.
