Water supply requirements are met with the hydrant located at the southeast corner of College and Laurel. Perimeter access is met from Laurel. While aerial apparatus access is not met, due to the size and scope of the project, these requirements will not be enforced for this development. The antenna shall be addressed using the same address (706 S College) and appears to meet address posting requirements per Google Earth.
