ORIENTATION IS NOT CHANGED FROM THE NURSERY DO NOT NEED TO
BE WRAPPED, EXCEPT TREES WITH VERY THIN BARK.
3. EACH TREE SHALL BE PLANTED SUCH THAT THE TRUNK FLARE IS VISIBLE AT
THE TOP OF THE ROOT BALL. DO NOT COVER THE TOP OF THE ROOT

RESEEDING AS NEEDED TO ESTABLISH COVER.
8. THE APPROVED SEED MIX AREA IS INTENDED TO BE MAINTAINED IN A NATURAL_LIKE LANDSCAPE AESTHETIC. IF AND
WHEN MOWING OCCURS IN NATIVE GRASS SEED MIX AREAS DO NOT MOW LOWER THAN 6-8 INCHES IN HEIGHT

4 FEET BETWEEN SHRUBS AND PUBLIC WATER AND SANITARY AND STORM SEWER LINES
4 FEET BETWEEN TREES AND GAS LINES
9. ALL STREET TREES SHALL BE PLACED A MINIMUM EIGHT (8) FEET AWAY FROM THE EDGES OF DRIVEWAYS AND ALLEYS PER LUC 3.2.1(D)(2)(a).
10. PLACEMENT OF ALL LANDSCAPING SHALL BE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE SIGHT DISTANCE CRITERIA AS SPECIFIED BY THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS. NO
STRUCTURES OR LANDSCAPE ELEMENTS GREATER THAN 24" SHALL BE ALLOWED WITHIN THE SIGHT DISTANCE TRIANGLE OR EASEMENTS WITH THE EXCEPTION
