SHALL VERIFY THE DEPTH AND LOCATION OF ALL EXISTING UTILITY CONNECTIONS
AND CROSSINGS PRIOR TO ANY CONSTRUCTION. IF A CONFLICT OCCURS BETWEEN
EXISTING AND PROPOSED UTILITIES AND/OR DESIGN MODIFICATION IS REQUIRED,
THE CONTRACTOR SHALL COORDINATE WITH THE ENGINEER TO MODIFY THE
DESIGN. THE ENGINEER AND/OR THE SURVEYOR OF RECORD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE
FOR THE LOCATION OF OR THE FAILURE TO NOTE THE LOCATION OF NON-VISIBLE

2. CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE ALL NECESSARY EROSION CONTROL DURING
CONSTRUCTION. PLACE EROSION CONTROL PROTECTION AT ALL PROPOSED AND
EXISTING INLETS DOWNSTREAM FROM THE CONSTRUCTION AREA. EROSION
CONTROL PROTECTION SHALL REMAIN IN PLACE UNTIL CONSTRUCTION IS
COMPLETE AND ALL DISTURBED GROUND IS ADEQUATELY VEGETATED WITH CITY
APPROVAL FOR REMOVAL.
3. LIMITS OF STREET CUT SHOWN ARE APPROXIMATE. FINAL LIMITS ARE TO BE
DETERMINED IN THE FIELD BY CITY ENGINEER INSPECTOR. ALL REPAIRS TO BE IN
ACCORDANCE WITH CITY STREET REPAIR STANDARDS.
4. COORDINATE DEMOLITION REQUIREMENTS, LIMITS OF DEMOLITION, SALVAGE
ITEMS, PROTECTION OF ITEMS TO REMAIN, TREES, FENCING, ETC. WITH OWNER,
ARCHITECT, ENGINEER, AND RELEVANT CONSTRUCTION OR PHASING PLANS.
ADDITIONAL DEMOLITION OF PAVEMENT, TREES, UTILITIES, STRUCTURES, ETC. TO
BE PERFORMED AS REQUIRED.
5. CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR RESTORATION OF ALL AREAS
DISTURBED/DAMAGED BY CONSTRUCTION INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO
SIDEWALKS, ASPHALT, CURB/GUTTER, IRRIGATION AND LANDSCAPE AREAS TO
THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION OR BETTER.
6. EXISTING CONCRETE AND ASPHALT PAVING SHALL BE SAWCUT AND REMOVED
PRIOR TO EXCAVATION. REMOVE CONCRETE TO NEAREST JOINT.
7. ALL UTILITY DISCONNECTION/REMOVAL/CONNECTION MEANS AND/OR
SCHEDULE SHALL BE COORDINATED WITH THE UTILITY PROVIDER.
8. ALL EXISTING UTILITIES TO REMAIN SHALL BE ADJUSTED TO FINAL GRADE.
9. ALL FOUNDATIONS TO BE REMOVED TO BOTTOM OF FOOTERS.
10. ALL BACKFILL TO BE COMPLETED PER SPECIFICATIONS BY SITE CONTRACTOR.
