The proposed communications site appears to be located 500' from the nearest hydrant located at the northwest Mason and Horsetooth. Due to the scope and nature of the development, water supply requirements will not be enforced on this project. If unable to do on existing pole, a new one may be erected on the same location of the existing pole. The antenna should be seamlessly integrated with the pole and maintain the previous height of the existing structure. If replacement of the light pole is required please ensure that the light fixture meets all requirements outlined in code section 3.2.4.
