Michael, your meeting notes below reflect the items that need to be provided with the revised
ODP. There does not appear to be an issue with your notes, but we would not want there to be any
misunderstanding that your email letter below serves as any final development agreement. As a point
of clarification, the City will review the O.D.P. and any subsequent development review applications in
accordance with the applicable review procedures of Article 2 of the Land Use Code and all applicable
standards of Articles 3 and 4, and any final agreement as discussed below and final plan approval would
be based on those review procedures and standards. All that I am looking for are the elements to be
added to the O.D.P. plans as outlined in 1a. and b. below, which will then be presented at the required
neighborhood meeting and subsequent Planning and Zoning Board Hearing.

Subject: Vineyard ODP Trail Meeting Notes
Jason,
Thank you for the meeting this afternoon clarifying the trail spur and its relationship to the Vineyard
ODP and Goldelm properties.
The following is our understanding of the outcome of the conversations held during the meeting.
1. The trail location will be shown on the ODP plan in an alignment similar to the line work shown
in the South College Corridor Plan (SCCP), Figure 29 – Trails Map.
a. It is understood that the SCCP line work has not been vetted through a detailed design
process but it’s general alignment of paralleling the railroad and sweeping around the
large knoll on the Vineyard’s property will be the assumed generalized route.
b. Notations will be included on the ODP stating that the trail location is per the SCCP trail
map, be built and maintained by the City at a future date TBD and easements will be
created at a future date when development occurs on Lot 2.
c. Vineyard will agree to dedicate necessary easements for the trail connection consistent
with this agreement, to be treated as part of their land use exactions at the time they
submit for development.
