Beginning and an angle point on the Easterly right-of-way line of Interstate Highway No. 25; thence along said
Easterly line N 18°21’”E 322.75 feet; thence departing said Easterly line, S 80°01’”E 268.96 feet; thence S
12°45’”W 307.28 feet; thence S 00°38’”W 135.51 feet to a point being on the North right-of-way line of
Interstate Highway No. 25 SE Frontage Road; thence along said North right-of-way line, S 86°25’”W 72.25 feet;
thence along a curve concaved to the SE having a central angle of 13°08’”with a radius of 449.26 feet, an arc
length of 103.06 feet and the chord of which bears S 72°55’”W 102.83 feet; thence departing said North right-of-

thereto, is contained within the boundary lines which begin at a point on the North line of the said NW1/4 which
bears S89°59, 1199.65 feet from the NW corner of said Section 22, and run thence S89°59E 118.59 feet along the
said North line; thence South 77.95 feet; thence S89°5927.06 feet; thence S15°161035.05 feet along the centerline
of the Sand Dike Ditch; thence West 971.76 feet to a point on the Easterly right of way line of Interstate Highway
