This may result in the need for only a single annexation vs. three previously described. Please incorporate other redline and staff review comments into revised documents from Round one. Any land uses that are a nonconforming use at the time of annexation will continue to be nonconforming use in the City of Fort Collins. Any land uses that are legally established by the county at the time of annexation, but are not listed as a permitted use in the zone district that this land is zoned by the City will be considered a Non conforming Use in the City of Fort Collins.
