A QUALIFIED ARBORIST SHALL BE HIRED TO PERFORM AN AERIAL EVALUATION ON TREES 18, 19, AND 20 AND SHALL PROVIDE A WRITTEN REPORT ON THE SUITABILITY OF RETAINING THE TREES. THIS ASSESSMENT SHOULD ALSO INCLUDE IMPACT OF ANY GRADE CHANGES. 19. DRIP IRRIGATION OF PLANT MATERIAL SHALL BE INCLUDED IN THE DRYLAND SEEDED AREAS. NATURAL HABITAT BUFFER ZONE NOTE THE NATURAL HABITAT BUFFER ZONES ARE INTENDED TO BE MAINTAINED IN A NATIVE LANDSCAPE CONDITION.PLEASE SEE SECTION 3.4.1 OF THE LAND USE CODE FOR ALLOWABLE USES IN THE NATURAL HABITAT BUFFER ZONES.
