4.9(E)(g) Roof Pitch
Standard:
(g) The minimum pitch of the roof of any building shall be 2:12 and the maximum pitch
of the roof of any building shall be 12:12…
Proposal:
We propose to have a roof with greater than or equal to 8.75 degrees, which is just shy of 2:12
pitch. (1.85/12)The roof is 75% pitched with solar panels, and 25% flat with parapet on the
main street elevation. Our goal in this design was to allow for solar efficacy, but also mitigate
the building height and view of solar panels from the street.
Justification:
This modification is minor and will not detrimental to the public good in any way.
