APPROVAL BY THE OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. PLANTS NOT
MEETING THE SET STANDARDS WILL BE REJECTED.
8. PLANT SPECIES AND LOCATION SHOULD FOLLOW APPROVED PLAN. IF SITE CONDITIONS
OR PLANT AVAILABILITY REQUIRE CHANGES TO THE PLAN, THE CONTRACTOR MUST GET
APPROVAL FROM THE OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE PRIOR TO INSTALLATION.
9. ALL PLANT MATERIAL SHALL CARRY A WARRANTY FOR A PERIOD OF NOT LESS THAN 1
