Utility plans currently show the primary power being fed from McMurry. Comment Number: 2 Comment Originated: 08/31/2016 08/31/2016: Site plan shows a 20' wide utility easement located at the north lot and plat shows 13.9' easement. Any reference to wall hydrants as also being an FDC location should be corrected. The FDC will need to be on the opposite side of the building near the main entrance. Wall hydrants in contrast, should have two, 2.5" outlets (not 5" as indicated on the plan), are locally valved, and are clearly labeled Wall Hydrant on the side of the building. Wall hydrant details will need to be reviewed and approved no later than at time of building permit. Comment Number: 1 Comment Originated: 08/29/2016 08/29/2016: VEGETATION NEAR ALL HYDRANTS It's unclear if mature landscaping will block the ability to visually locate and obtain access to the two wall hydrants in the future. Some large trees suggest that proposed vegetation may interfere with the operation of the Hydrants and Wall Hydrants when mature. Please ensure at least a 3ft clear area around Hydrants and Wall Hydrants at time of landscaping maturity. It is requested that the Fire Lane 'fill in' the small triangular area to the property line to the north. Comment Number: 4 Comment Originated: 08/29/2016 08/29/2016: MISCELLANEOUS - LABELING > On the Site Plan, near the front entry, there is a measurement indicating "37'3" to Fire Lane." This measure is not indicating the edge of fire lane but rather the distance to a building envelope line I believe. > Please label proposed hydrant location on the Site Plan. Comment Number: 1 Comment Originated: 08/29/2016 08/29/2016: For discussion at the staff review meeting: will the car share be using dedicated or signed vehicle spaces? If so, let's mark those on the site plan. Comment Number: 2 Comment Originated: 08/24/2016 08/24/2016: Please include discussion in the drainage report of the pond overflow in a clogged outlet condition. No discussion of a spillway or overflow was seen and it appears that the spill would not allow for the required 1' of freeboard to the building. Comment Number: 5 Comment Originated: 08/30/2016 08/30/2016: Some of the easement descriptions shown are incorrect. If they are going to stay on the plan, they should match what is shown on the Subdivision Plat. This has not been corrected from the 05/03/2016 comment: The easements shown within the boundary of this project should match what the Subdivision Plat is dedicating & retaining, not the existing easements as they are now. The Utility Plans are showing existing conditions. Comment Number: 6 Comment Originated: 08/30/2016 08/30/2016: Please remove the address from the title block.
