This spacing is approximately 125 feet (LCUASS requires 150) from the north-south centerlines of Vicot Way and Navion Lane. This is proposed to be a temporary condition until the development of Tract M (future development). The design review of the Tract M parcel within the East Ridge Third Filing will trigger a review of the location for this access and a revised location will be coordinated with the City of Fort Collins at that time.
