RE: East Ridge Third Filing – Emergency access turnaround
A variance is being requested to LCUASS 7.6.4.C. This states that locations where a street will be
temporarily terminated with access provided from the street and the street is planned to be extended
with future development, a temporary turnaround shall be constructed. In lieu of the temporary
turnaround this project is proposing circulation back to a public street via the private drive; the private
drive acts like a turnaround. This will allow the build out of this project and will satisfy the requirement
of this section of LCUASS.
