units considered Private Occupancy.
c. Clubhouse includes public fixtures in the following quantities: (6) water closets, (2) urinals, (3)
showers, (1) mop sink, (6) lavatories and (1) drinking fountain.
d. All buildings in the project utilize flush tank toilets
