A trigger to release the easement will be placed upon acceptance of the Tract improvements (Tract B for Barnstormer and Tract J for Zepplin) by the governing private entity. This will not replace the current condition on the easement but create an alternate condition to release. This will allow the build out of the private drives and will satisfy the release of the easement. If you have additional questions or require additional information, please call.
