RE: East Ridge Third Filing – Emergency access turnaround easement
A variance is being requested for the conditions of release for emergency access easement at the east
end of Barnstormer and the South end of Zepplin. A trigger to release the easement will be placed upon
acceptance of the Tract improvements (Tract B for Barnstormer and Tract J for Zepplin) by the governing
private entity. This will not replace the current condition on the easement but create an alternate
condition to release. This will allow the build out of the private drives and will satisfy the release of the
easement.
