05/02/2016: Water Use calculations and a memo are required to be provided so
that we have documentation that the existing water and sewer sizes for residential
and commercial uses have been verified to be adequately sized.

05/02/2016: The residential and commercial sewer fees are based upon the water
taps; therefore, the sewer services are allowed to have combined flow from the
residential and commercial uses so long as both the residences and commercial
areas that are utilizing the same sewer tap are under the same ownership. Please
contact Heather McDowell at (970) 224-6065 if you want to discuss this any further.

adequately for the commercial flows and the increased flows that will be generated
from the residential uses.
