RE: LETTER OF INTENT REGARDING OFF-SITE EASEMENT AND OFF-SITE-RIGHT-OF-WAY
To whom it may concern:

These statements are being provided to allow Fossil Creek Apartments access to city owned land for
the purpose of this new development.
Allow Fossil Creek Apartments Access to Public Open Land (POL) to install trail connections
and run drainage and sewer utilities north through the natural resource area.
Grant easements for the utilities listed above, but not limited to, a 75 foot temporary
construction easement, a 30 foot SFCSD sanitary sewer easement, a 20 feet drainage
easement, and an easement for trail connection construction.
