2. ALL DISTURBED AREAS ARE TO BE SEEDED AND MULCHED.
3. A "SOFT PAN" CONSISTING OF A D 100 AND THE PROPOSED SWALES
ALONG THE SOUTH AND EAST PROPERTY BOUNDARIES. THE "SOFT PAN"
WILL BE 2' WIDE x 1' DEEP AND WILL ALLOW FOR VEGETATION TO
BECOME ESTABLISHED OVER TIME WHILE INCREASING WATER QUALITY
FOR THE SITE. PLEASE REFER TO THE GRADING PLAN FOR "SOFT PAN"
LOCATIONS. SEE SHEET C-039 FOR DETAILS.
4. STOCK PILES SHALL NOT TO EXCEED 10' IN HEIGHT.
5. ALL OFFSITE AREAS DISTURBED DURING CONSTRUCTION ARE TO BE
RE-VEGETATED AND RETURNED TO HISTORIC CONDITION. STRAW
WATTLES OR GRAVEL INLET FILTERS MAY BE INSTALLED (IF NECESSARY)
