RE: WilMarc Medical PDP Authorization Letter
Mr. Coulson,
Please let this letter serve as authorization/confirmation of the following:
Drainage Easement.
The currently under construction HTP Infrastructure Improvements include a regional detention pond
for use by the surrounding properties, which includes the WilMarc Medical site. Let this serve as
permission from Harmony Technology Park LLC to allow an off-site easement to be placed over the
WilMarc Medical drainage pipe to enter and discharge into this regional pond.
Regional Trail:
Let this serve as confirmation that the trail leading from Timberwood Drive and encircling the Regional
Pond will be completed as part of the HTP Infrastructure Improvements. See attached sketch
showing the extent of this trail.
