Attached is an exhibit that shows the referenced path. Additionally, we agree to work with the property owner of Lots 1 & 6 to execute a cost sharing agreement to design and construct the path. We acknowledge and agree that the City of Fort Collins requires the path to be completed prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy for the future improvements on Lot 7. Sincerely, Mark S.
