RE: Letter of Intent-Harmony Commons/HTP Pedestrian Path
Gentlemen,
As the owner’s representative for Lot 7 at Harmony Technology Park, LLC, we agree to pay for our
pro-rata share of the cost to design and construct the north/south pedestrian path as shown on the
Harmony Technology Park 7th Amendment ODP. Attached is an exhibit that shows the referenced
path.
Additionally, we agree to work with the property owner of Lots 1 & 6 to execute a cost sharing
agreement to design and construct the path. We acknowledge and agree that the City of Fort Collins
requires the path to be completed prior to issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy for the future
improvements on Lot 7.
