Topic: Lighting Plan
Comment Number: 2 Comment Originated: 06/15/2016
06/15/2016: It is unclear which light fixtures will be used - sheets 1 and 2 of the
lighting plan seem to be showing different fixtures. Please provide the
manufacturer cut-sheets for the light fixtures that will be used. With regard to
LED light fixtures, cooler color temperatures are harsher at night and cause
more disruption to circadian rhythms for both humans and wildlife. Staff
recommends a warm color temperature (warm white, 3000K or less) for the
LED light fixtures.

07/06/2016: Light & Power will need AutoCAD files of the approved site plan,
utility plans, and landscape drawings before design of the electric facilities will
begin.
Comment Number: 5 Comment Originated: 07/06/2016
07/06/2016: The transformer must have a front clearance of 10 ft and side/rear
clearance of 3 ft minimum. It appears that the parking lot light pole will need to
be relocated away from the transformer to provide a minimum of 10ft clear.
