1. SANITARY SEWER INSTALLATIONS SHALL CONFORM
TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS STANDARDS AND
SPECIFICATIONS CURRENT AT THE DATE OF APPROVAL
OF THE PLANS BY THE LOCAL ENGINEER.
2. LENGTH OF PIPE IS MEASURED FROM CENTER OF
STRUCTURE TO CENTER OF STRUCTURE.
3. ALL SANITARY SEWER PIPE SHALL BE PVC (SDR 35)
UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED ON THE PLAN. SEWER PIPE
SHALL BE AS SPECIFIED BY THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
STANDARD PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
4. ALL SANITARY SEWER CLEANOUTS LOCATED IN THE
PARKING LOT OR DRIVE AREA SHALL BE TRAFFIC
RATED CLEANOUTS.
5. SITE CONTRACTOR SHALL TERMINATE UTILITY
SERVICES 5 FEET FROM BUILDING UNLESS OTHERWISE
NOTED.
6. REFER TO PLUMBING PLAN FOR INVERTS IN AND OUT
OF THE GREASE INTERCEPTOR.
7. WATER CONSTRUCTION SHALL CONFORM TO THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS STANDARDS AND
SPECIFICATIONS CURRENT AT THE DATE OF APPROVAL
OF THE PLANS BY THE LOCAL ENGINEER.
8. WATER MAINS SHALL BE PVC (C-900) AS SPECIFIED
BY THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS STANDARD PLANS AND
