Application: Basic Development Review (BDR)
The Exchange Minor Subdivision is a replat of the 200 Block of North College Avenue. The subject
property currently has the following addresses and respective parcel numbers. The corresponding
lot numbers of the proposed subdivision plat are also listed alongside the intended use.

The proposed three-lot minor subdivision consolidates parcels to more closely match the existing
buildings and uses of the site. This will better align real estate records, Geographic Information
Systems, and other mapping with the physical construct of the block. The replat also allows for
right-of-way dedication, as requested by Fort Collins Engineering. Utility services and account
management will be improved as well, particularly related to the plaza space.
For more information on the plaza area, please refer to BDR160019 currently in Round 2 of the
Development Review process. Said BDR application also contains a more thorough explanation of
the overall planning objectives for The Exchange, whereas this application is limited to the minor
subdivision itself.
