DIFFUSION.
7. SIGNAGE AND ADDRESSING ARE NOT PERMITTED WITH THESE FINAL PLANS AND MUST BE APPROVED
BY SEPARATE CITY PERMIT PRIOR TO CONSTRUCTION. SIGNS MUST COMPLY WITH CITY SIGN CODE
UNLESS A SPECIFIC VARIANCE IS GRANTED BY THE CITY.
8. FIRE HYDRANTS MUST MEET OR EXCEED POUDRE FIRE AUTHORITY STANDARDS. ALL BUILDINGS MUST
