Requirement
To whom it may concern,
The Project Development Plan Review Submittal Checklist requires signed letters of
intent indicating that all required off-site easements and off-site rights-of-was can be
negotiated in time for final development plan submittal.
Based on the current proposed site improvements, there are no required off-site
easements based or off-site rights-of-way that will need to be negotiated for a final
development plan submittal.
