Submitted materials did not allow for accurate understanding of the total disturbed area. Please include a map showing all on and off site disturbance marked with a total area calculation. If the site disturbs more than 10,000 sq-ft Erosion and Sediment Control Materials need to be submitted. The erosion control requirements are in the Stormwater Design Criteria under the Amendments of Volume 3 Chapter 7 Section 1.3.3. Current Erosion Control Materials Submitted does not meet requirements. Please submit; Erosion Control Plan, Erosion Control Report, and an Escrow / Security Calculation. Per previous conversations with the builder, it was understood that a garage with no services was proposed; however, the current submittal speaks to the carriage house. Please note that a covenant agreement and associated fees will be required to extend services to the carriage house and the service extensions will need to be shown on the plans (could be shown on the grading plan if no utility plan is being prepared). In order for the new home to use this access the driveway would need to be extended.
