HomeMy WebLinkAboutBANNER HEALTH MEDICAL CAMPUS - PDP - PDP130003 - CORRESPONDENCE - CORRESPONDENCE-HEARINGApril 4, 2013 Dear Resident/Property Owner: On Thursday, April 18, 2013, 6:00 p.m., at City Hall, 300 LaPorte Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado, the Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board will conduct a public hearing regarding the Banner Health Medical Campus Project Development Plan #PDP130003 (see map on reverse). The area consists of 27.9 acres and is located at the southeast corner of E. Harmony Rd. and Lady Moon Drive. The project proposes at least two phases, with the first phase to include a 163,300 square feet hospital and central utility plant. The complete build-out proposed with future phases includes an additional 180,700 square feet hospital expansion area, for a total hospital area of 344,000 square feet. Two medical office buildings are also proposed including a 30,000 square foot one-story building attached to the hospital, and a separate 40,000 square foot two-story medical office building situated at the southwest corner of the site. The 344,000 square foot hospital building will contain a clinic, inpatient beds, diagnostics and treatment, as well as an emergency department. The hospital varies in height from the one-story clinic on the west, to the 3-story bed tower on the east side. The site is zoned H-C, Harmony Corridor District. The plans and associated documents will be posted on the City’s website at: http://www.fcgov.com/cityclerk/planning-zoning.php. Click on the “Download Agenda” button for April 18th. Please be aware that it may take several days following this letter for the link to become active. The Planning and Zoning Board considers your input in this matter an important part of the process. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome via U.S. mail to the address above or you may e-mail comments directly to me at jholland@fcgov.com. The notification mailing list for this public hearing is derived from Larimer County Assessor records. Because of lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few property owners may have been missed.
