SITE AND LANDSCAPE COVENANTS, FINAL SITE PLAN, FINAL LANDSCAPE PLANE, AND ARCHITECTURAL ELEVATION, WHICH
DOCUMENTS ARE ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CITY AND SHOULD BE CLOSELY EXAMINED BY ALL PERSONS
INTERESTED IN BUYING ANY PORTION OF THE DEVELOPMENT.
