There is an off- site tree to the west of the project that hangs over the property that the owner may want to address at some point for low or loose limbs that are over the property. Pruning of off-site trees shall only occur with written permission of the property owner where the tree is located. All pruning work must be performed by a tree service that holds a current City of Fort Collins Arborist License and that is also certified by the International Society of Arboriculture. Actuals pruning work shall follow the City of Fort Collins Tree Management Standards.
