Atlas looked into reducing the diameter of the tower. In order for this tower to meet the
coverage goal of carriers, they need to be able to place up to twelve antennas at one
vertical elevation. In order to allow for twelve antennas at one elevation, there needs to
be 16 feet. Please see sheet C-1, COMPOUND DETAIL of the zoning drawings for an
illustration of how twelve antennas are fit within one vertical elevation.
