Department: Environmental Planning Comment Number 1 The fence will be a cedar fence with a natural, clear stain. Comment Number 2 No lighting is planned on the tower, but Atlas will notify environmental planning if this changes. Department: Light and Power Comment Number 1 Atlas has coordinated with the meter shop and will provide Fort Collins Light and Power a separate key to the gate. Comment Number 2 The electrical run with be on the east side of the fence, when running north-south. The equipment along this run will be removed when necessary for trenching. Comment Number 3 Atlas will provide Light and Power AutoCAD drawings once the plans are finalized. Comment Number 4 Atlas will adhere to these standards. In order for this tower to meet the coverage goal of carriers, they need to be able to place up to twelve antennas at one vertical elevation. In order to allow for twelve antennas at one elevation, there needs to be 16 feet. Please see sheet C-1, COMPOUND DETAIL of the zoning drawings for an illustration of how twelve antennas are fit within one vertical elevation.
