Wireless Telecommunications Facility Response Letter to Round Three Comments Department: Engineering Development Review Comment Number 1 Atlas has addressed these comments in its latest set of drawings. Department: Environmental Planning Comment Number 11 Atlas has confirmed that this comment has been addressed with the photo simulations previously submitted. Department: Forestry Comment Number 1 Atlas met with the City Forster onsite on May 23. Comment Number 4 Atlas will take this comment into account when landscaping. Comment Number 5 Atlas has incorporated this comment into the drawing set on the Proposed Planting Schedule on Sheet L-1. Comment Number 6 To the greatest extent possible, Atlas has incorporated this comment into the drawing set. Comment Number 7 Atlas has incorporated this comment into the updated drawing set. Comment Number 8 Atlas has incorporated this comment into the drawing set. Department: Light and Power Comment Number 9 Atlas has sought to address this comment in its drawings. Comment Number 10 Atlas acknowledges and consents to this comment. Comment Number 11 Atlas has sought to address this comment in its drawings. Comment Number 12 This comment seems contradictory to what was previously discussed. Please review our current easements and let us know if the current plan is unworkable. Atlas does not believe that the existing easement will allow the power lines to run directly west from the existing conduit. Comment Number 13 Atlas acknowledges and accepts this comment. Department: Storm Water Engineering Comment Number 4 Atlas has incorporated this comment in the erosion control drawings set. Topic: General Comment Number 2 Dan’s interpretation of the drawings is correct. There is a relatively flat area south of the pad, but it has a limited slope. Atlas has sought to incorporate grading notes into the latest drawing set. Atlas has sought to incorporate notes regarding changes to the impervious area into the latest drawing set. Comment Number 3 Atlas has incorporated this requested change in the latest drawing set. Department: Technical Services Comment Number 5 Atlas has sought to incorporate this request into the latest drawing set. Department: Wastewater Engineering Comment Number 1 Atlas will either tap into an existing sprinkler line near the property. Atlas will utilize an above ground drip system to establish the trees and shrubs and a above ground sprinkler system to establish the native grass. A sprinkler plan is in process.
