Specific information about this development proposal is to the right and on the back. A decision regarding the approval or denial of the proposal will be made at the hearing. We welcome and encourage your participation, as your input is an important part of the development review process. You received this notice because records from the Larimer County Assessor’s Office indicate you own property near the proposed development site. City Hall, 300 Laporte Avenue PROPOSAL NAME & LOCATION The Overlook (previously called “JFK Luxury Apartments”) Please see map location on the back of this letter. PROPOSAL DESCRIPTION  The site is located in the Employment (E) zone district.  The site is approximately 3.3 acres.  A mixed-use development is proposed with 105 residential dwellings and 8,100 square feet of commercial space fronting on John F Kennedy Parkway.  187 parking spaces are proposed.  A 4-story building height is proposed, located above 78 garage parking spaces in a basement level.
