Prospect Rd. Wireless Telecommunications Facility Response Letter to Round Two Comments Department: Planning Services Comment Number 1 Atlas Tower acknowledges and fully accepts this requirement. Comment Number 7 These comments are incorporated on sheet C-3, “COLUMN DETAILS.” Comment Number 9 These comments have been incorporated on sheet G-1. Comment Number 10 These comments have been incorporated on sheet C-3, “TOWER ELEVATION.” Department: Engineering Development Review Comment Number 1 Atlas has separated the Erosion Control Plan from the rest of the submittal. The drawings include graphic scale of 1” = 10’ – 0” has been used. A legal description has been included. Comment Number 6 This comment has been incorporated on sheet C-2. Department: Environmental Planning Comment Number 2 Atlas has incorporated this comment throughout the updated drawing set. Comment Number 3 Atlas has incorporated this comment throughout the updated drawing set. Comment Number 4 Atlas has incorporated this requested change into the updated drawing set and has confirmed that the NHBZ calculations do not include these areas. Comment Number 6 Atlas has incorporated this requested change into the updated drawing set. This statement is on the Vicinity Map, Compound Detail, Natural Habitat Buffer Zone Area Map, Proposed Impervious Areas detail, Grading Plan, Soil Erosion Control Plan, Landscape Plan, and Utility Coordination detail. Comment Number 7 Atlas has incorporated this requested change into the updated drawing set. This statement is on the Vicinity Map, Compound Detail, Natural Habitat Buffer Zone Area Map, Proposed Impervious Areas detail, Grading Plan, Soil Erosion Control Plan, Landscape Plan, and Utility Coordination detail. Department: Light and Power Comment Number 3 Atlas has included a one-line diagram with this submission. Comment Number 5 Atlas acknowledges and consents to this comment. Comment Number 6 A copy of a signed Utilities Easement has been submitted with this application. The property owner is returning from Spain and will notarize an original copy within the next few days and Atlas will then record the easement. Comment Number 7 Atlas has incorporated this request into the updated drawing set on sheet E-1 in both the Power Plan detail and the Utility Coordination detail. Comment Number 8 Atlas has incorporated this request into the updated drawing set on sheet E-1 in both the Power Plan detail and the Utility Coordination detail. Atlas will coordinate with Fort Collins Light and Power to provide permit access to the site. Storm Water Engineering Comment Number 2 Atlas has incorporated this request throughout the updated drawing set. Department: Wastewater Engineering Comment Number 1 Water for a sprinkler system may be necessary for the landscaping. Atlas will either tap into the water main or pay the neighbor to utilize an existing sprinkler line near the property. Atlas will utilize an above ground drip system to establish the trees and shrubs and a above ground sprinkler system to establish the native grass.
