Water for a sprinkler system may be necessary for the landscaping. Atlas will either tap
into the water main or pay the neighbor to utilize an existing sprinkler line near the
property. Atlas will utilize an above ground drip system to establish the trees and shrubs
and a above ground sprinkler system to establish the native grass.
