Indicate what the double line is on the landscape plan between the turf and the southern shrub
bed. Is this a concrete curb edger?
Comment Number: 2 Comment Originated: 10/02/2012
Please specify 'Pryamich' -- common name Skymaster English Oak. This is a better
performing variety than the standard species.

Due to the branch-like thorns, the Russian Hawthornes should be moved further away from the
path to avoid conflicts or select an alternate species. See redlines.

The 4:1 slope along the trail connection in the northwest corner is a potential maintenance issue
for the crusher fines surface. The grading could be revised similar to the northeast connection,
or perhaps there is an alternate solution.

09/26/2012: The Brandy Wine Crabapple produces are large crabapple that can cause some
maintenacne concerns. A variety of crabpple to consider for less maintenance would be
Thunderchild Crabapple.
