The Developer shall replace dead or dying street trees after planting until final inspection and maintenance acceptance by the City of Fort Collins Forestry Division. All street trees must be established, of an approved species and of acceptable condition prior to acceptance. Street tree locations and numbers may be adjusted to accommodate driveway locations, utility separations between trees, street signs and street lights. Street trees to be centered in the middle of the lot to the extent feasible. Quantities shown on plan must be installed unless a reduction occurs to meet separation standards.
