RE: Arrowhead Drainage and Grading Easement
To whom it may concern:
Drainage and Grading Easement
A drainage and grading easement will be provided for the mutual benefit of the Centre for
Advanced Technology Building at 700 Centre Avenue and the Arrowhead Condominiums
located at 712 Centre Avenue.
The easement will allow the installation of one or more storm pipes, inlets and appurtenances for
conveyance of storm water and drainage to the detention pond located at the north edge of the
property. Drainage area will include the patio and landscaped area to the south and west of the
existing Center for Advanced Technology building along with the area developed with the
Arrowhead Condominiums.
The easement will also allow grading to install drainage facilities and change the elevation of the
patio and landscaped area to the south and west the existing Center for Advanced Technology
building including removal and replacement of patio and landscaping features.
