05/03/2016: On sheet 3, extend the revised striping on Harmony for 350 ft east
of the proposed access (not just a total of 350 from the median). Also, please

Response: Done, see sheet 3

05/03/2016: Please review the placement of trees in the vicinity of the access
point to Harmony. The approach to the stop sign MUST be clear so the sign is
easily visible (there's a tree shown within 15 ft of the stop sign). And, with the
stop sign behind the detached walk, the trees in the parkway cannot impact
sight distance onto Harmony. The trees closest to the access may need to be
moved (especially the large one on the east side)
Response: The tree has been removed.

05/11/2016: For the bus stop a type 2 (Bench) stop will be required for this
location. The developer is responsible for upgrading the concrete surface of the
bus stop to meet City standards. The bench, bike rack and trash will also need
to be accommodated for by the developer. You have the option to pay Transfort
for the amenities and we will take responsibility for purchasing and installing
them or you can purchase and install them yourself. We will need to work with
you on the DA language depending which route you take. I have been in
communication with Sara Coutts on this. If you have any additional questions
please do not hesitate to contact me.
Response: Developer is aware and Sara Coutts will continue to coordinate with you
