AND OTHER CITY PROPERTY. THIS PERMIT SHALL APPROVE THE
LOCATION AND SPECIES TO BE PLANTED. FAILURE TO OBTAIN THIS
PERMIT MAY RESULT IN REPLACING OR RELOCATING TREES AND A

8) THE DEVELOPER SHALL CONTACT THE CITY FORESTER TO INSPECT
ALL STREET TREE PLANTINGS AT THE COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT.
ALL TREES NEED TO HAVE BEEN INSTALLED AS NOTED ON THE PLAN.
FAILURE TO OBTAIN APPROVAL BY THE CITY FORESTER FOR
STREET TREE PLANTINGS SHALL RESULT IN A HOLD ON CERTIFICATE
OF OCCUPANCY FOR THE DEVELOPMENT.
9) THE DOUGLAS FIR AND JUNIPER TREES TO BE REMOVED ARE IN FAIR
CONDITION AND TWO NEW MITIGATION REPLACEMENT TREES ARE
REQUIRED. A 3 INCH CALIPER BUR OAK IS PROVIDED TO SATISFY THE
LANDSCAPE MITIGATION REQUIREMENTS FOR ONE OF THESE TREES.
A SECOND 3 INCH CALIPER MITIGATION SHADE TREE IS REQUIRED FOR
THE SECOND TREE THAT WILL BE PLANTED AS A CITY STREET TREE IN
THE TREE LAWN WITHIN ¼ MILE OF THE PROJECT, AND THE LOCATION
SHALL BE APPROVED BY THE CITY FORESTER AND SUBJECT TO CITY
TREE PLANTING REQUIREMENTS. MITIGATION IS NOT REQUIRED FOR
THE SIBERIAN ELM TREES THAT ARE PLANNED TO BE REMOVED. TREE
