Celebration Maple is used as a street tree with the label UAM. It is not on the City Street Tree
List. Celebration maple is a Hybrid maple cross between Red Maple and Silver Maple which
is not adapted to the soils in Fort Collins and does not survive or thrive long term. Please
change this to a species on the City of Fort Collins Street Trees list. Accolade Elm might be
one species to consider as a replacement for the 34 Celebration Maples.

meet driveway and utility separation standards LUC 3.2.1 D2 a. The following narrow lots appear

these locations and adjust rows for preferred spacing or evaluate these individual lots for actual
driveway and utility separation standards to determine if any extra trees are feasible for some of
these listed lots.
