GENERAL NOTES
1. REFER TO THE CIVIL ENGINEERING PLANS FOR DETAILED INFORMATION OF PROPOSED TOPOGRAPHY,
LOCATIONS OF STORM DRAINAGE STRUCTURES, UTILITY MAINS AND SERVICES, AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS.
2. REFER TO THE SUBDIVISION PLAT FOR LOT AREAS, TRACT SIZES, LOT DIMENSIONS, UTILITY EASEMENTS,
OTHER EASEMENTS, AND SURVEY INFORMATION.
3. ALL SIDEWALKS AND RAMPS WILL CONFORM TO CITY STANDARDS. ALL HANDICAP PARKING SPACES, AND
RAMPS ARE TO BE VERIFIED WITH CIVIL ENGINEER FOR GRADING, DRAINAGE, AND ACCESSIBLE ROUTE

9. FLOODPLAIN AND FLOODWAY
A) PORTIONS OF THIS PROPERTY ARE LOCATED IN THE FEMA_REGULATORY 100_YEAR BOXELDER CREEK
FLOODWAY AND HIGH RISK FLOOD FRINGE.
B) ALL DEVELOPMENT WITHIN THE FLOODPLAIN MUST COMPLY WITH THE FLOODPLAIN REGULATIONS OF
