By removing the existing building as part of this development project, the existing access should be adequate to serve the proposed development without the additional right out only access. In order for the drivers of any vehicles parked there and faced fwd. the driver would have to back up and make a complete u-turn in order to exit. You could provide an added compact parking space to the two facing the street and west of the right providing a backup for the three spaces and eliminating the three compact spaces facing west. Therefore you would only be reducing 2 compact parking spaces overall.
