04/18/2014: The ditch on the south side of this project needs to have historical access maintained on
the north side of the ditch for the maintenance of the ditch. Also, conservations need to continue on
how this access can be restored including possible sections of the ditch being placed in a pipe.
Options to restore the access road must not damage the mature cottonwood trees along the ditch and
must be approved by the ditch owners.
