Department: Engineering Development Review Comment Number 1 Page C-3 of the drawings has calculations for the total impermeable area added by the site. The total impermeable area added is less than 200 sq. ft. and therefore no detention ponds or drainage plans are necessary. The tower will be located on a flat portion of the property, so no grading will be necessary. Construction details have been included in the updated drawings submitted with this application. Comment Number 2 The Colorado Iron and Metal FDP will be amended and resubmitted with the required public improvements. Comment Number 3 The access and utility easements will be dedicated by separate documents with this submission. Department: Light and Power Comment Number 1 Sheet C-3 shows location of the proposed pad-mounted transformer and service rack with meter bank. The transformer location meets the clearance and location requirements. Comment Number 2 Atlas accepts to this comment. Comment Number 3 A utility easement between Atlas Tower and Landowner that includes primary lines and transformer has been included with this application. Comment Number 4 A complete C-1 and one-line diagram have been provided to Light and Power. Comment Number 5 The Verizon transformer has been removed from the drawings submitted with this applicatoin. Department: PFA Comment Number 1 A fire lane is delineated on sheet C-1 of the drawings set included with this submission. Atlas believes that the proposed fire lane meets the city’s fire land specifications. Comment Number 2 The proposed tower will be addressed separately as required by this comment after zoning approval. Storm Water Engineering Comment Number 1 The approved plans for Colorado Iron and metal are to be amended and resubmitted with the telecommunications facility incorporated into the plans. Comment Number 2 Our plans have been modified so that the impervious area is less than 1000 sq. ft, as detailed on sheet C-3. Because of this, it is Atlas’s understanding that no drainage report or construction drawings related to drainage are required with this application.
