Each unit would have its own lot. • No changes planned to the existing street and sidewalk network. • Separate, affiliated minor amendments to approve site- specific designs (site plans, landscaping, utilities, etc.) 7 Proposed Rigden Farm Filing 18 Plat 8 Proposed Rigden Farm Overall Development Plan 9 Rigden Farm Filing 6 10 Rigden Farm Filing 18 Staff Findings: • The consolidated Project Development Plan / Final Plan: • Complies with applicable procedural and administrative requirements of Article 2 of the Land Use Code. • Conforms to the Rigden Farm Overall Development Plan approved by the Planning & Zoning Board in 1999. • Complies with relevant General Development Standards contained in Article 3 of the Land Use Code. • Complies with relevant standards of Division 4.5 of the Low Density Mixed-Use District of Article 4 of the Land Use Code.
