4. THE SITE CURRENTLY HAS EXISTING PERIMETER SILT
FENCE INSTALLED. CONTRACTOR TO INSTALL NEW SILT
FENCE AS NEEDED AND/OR MAINTAIN THE EXISTING SILT
FENCE IN PLACE.
OTHERWISE NOTED ON THE PLAN.
4. ALL SPOT SHOTS SHOWN ARE FINISH GRADE UNLESS
OTHERWISE NOTED.
5. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL OBTAIN AND STAY
CONTINUOUSLY IN COMPLIANCE WITH A STATE OF
COLORADO STORMWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT ASSOCIATED
WITH CONSTRUCTION ACTIVITIES. THIS INCLUDES THE
CREATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A STORMWATER
MANAGEMENT PLAN FOR THE SITE.
6.THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
PROVIDING ADEQUATE AND APPROPRIATE EROSION
CONTROL MEASURES IN THE CONSTRUCTION AREA. THE
CONTRACTOR SHALL INSTALL TEMPORARY BMPS AS NEEDED
TO CONTAIN SEDIMENT AND POLLUTANTS ON THE JOB SITE.
7. ALL EXTERIOR BUILDING GRADES SHALL BE 6" BELOW

2. LENGTH OF PIPE IS MEASURED FROM CENTER OF
STRUCTURE TO CENTER OF STRUCTURE.
3. ALL SANITARY SEWER PIPE SHALL BE PVC (SDR 35)
UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED ON THE PLAN. SEWER
PIPE SHALL BE AS SPECIFIED BY THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS STANDARD PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS.
4. ALL SANITARY SEWER CLEANOUTS LOCATED IN THE
DRIVE AREA SHALL BE TRAFFIC RATED CLEANOUTS.
5. ALL SANITARY SEWER SERVICE SHALL BE 6" PVC AT
A MINIMUM SLOPE OF 1% UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED.
6. CONTRACTOR TO CONFIRM DEPTH OF EXISTING
SANITARY SEWER STUB FOR EACH LOT. THE INVERT
AT THE CONNECTION NOTED ON THE PLANS IS BASED
ON AS BUILT INFORMATION OF THE MAIN LINE IN
BRYCE DRIVE AND ASSUMED SERVICE
CONFIGURATION. NOTIFY THE ENGINEER IF THE
INVERT IN THE FIELD IS DIFFERENT THAN THE INVERT
NOTED ON THE PLANS.
7. SITE CONTRACTOR SHALL TERMINATE UTILITY
SERVICES 3 FEET FROM BUILDING UNLESS
OTHERWISE NOTED. REFER TO ARCHITECTURAL
DRAWINGS FOR EXACT BUILDING CONNECTION
LOCATIONS.
8. WATER CONSTRUCTION SHALL CONFORM TO THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS STANDARDS AND
SPECIFICATIONS CURRENT AT THE DATE OF

9. WATER SERVICES SHALL BE TYPE K COPPER PIPE
