RE: 612 E. Pitkin Street Carriage House PDP #PDP150023
Dear Mr. McGoughran:
On Tuesday, January 26, 2016 the Hearing Officer forwarded the decision to approve the 612 E.
Pitkin Street Carriage House PDP #PDP150023, based on the findings of fact on page 7 of the staff
report and subject to the following conditions:
Based on the findings set forth above, the Hearing Officer hereby enters the following ruling:
A. The 612 E. Pitkin Street Project Development Plan (PDP #150023) is approved for
the Subject Property as submitted.
B. The Applicant shall submit a final plan for the carriage house within three (3) years
of the date of this decision. If Applicant fails to submit a final plan to the City within
said three (3) year period, this PDP approval shall automatically lapse and become
null and void in accordance with Section 2.2.11(C) of the Code.
C. In accordance with Section 2.2.11(C) of the Code, the 612 E. Pitkin Street Carriage
House PDP shall not be considered a site specific development plan and no vested
rights shall attach to the PDP.
