Submittal Check-in staff notes 2-1-2016:
1. In order to expedite your review, please review the applicable detailed submittal check-sheets and
Development Review Guide at: http://www.fcgov.com/developmentreview/applications.php
and: http://www.fcgov.com/drg/introduction.php
2. In addition to paper copies, a digital copy of materials is required with the initial application and
resubmittals at the time of check in. This can be submitted via CD or flash drive.
3. Item quantities listed as CD on the routing sheet can be submitted/routed on individual CD’s or as
paper copies. Refer to Routing Sheet for specific document quantities.
4. Please bring a copy of this check sheet, all submittal materials and the attached project routing sheet at
the time of check-in. The City’s Development Review Center is experiencing high volumes of
development review project submittals at this time. In order to maintain efficient project reviews and
provide accurate, timely responses to inquiries, please keep the following factors in in mind when you
plan your submittal:
Appointments are required for all submittals or resubmittals - call 970-416-2740 to
schedule. Only complete submittals are accepted.
Submittals received Monday morning through Wednesday noon will be routed the same
week. Submittals received after Wednesday noon will be routed the following week.
Due to the high volume of projects that may be received on a per week basis, please
schedule your appointment for Monday or Tuesday if possible.

Three lists (3) Two lists of names and addresses of all owners of record of real property within at least 800’
of the property lines for the parcel of land for which the project is proposed, exclusive of public right-of-way.
(Two (2) lists typed on mailing labels (30 names per sheet) and the other list on a reproducible copy of
those labels). Effective 9/17/12; All information provided on mailing labels must be submitted
digitally in a Microsoft Excel format. Received (in house)
Statement of planning objectives REQ
Copy of applicable conceptual review letter with responses to each comment explaining how issues have
been addressed REQ
The following information is required to be submitted with all applications, unless waived by
staff. Any item waived must be dated and initialed by a planner with the City of Fort Collins
Community Development and Neighborhood Services Department.

Complete list of proposed street names for the development. N/A (on site plan)
Legal description of the site (one copy on 8½ x 11” sheet). REQ
Name and address of each owner of property within the boundaries of the development plan area. REQ

List of names of all general and limited partners and/or officers involve as either applicants or owners. REQ

Development phasing schedule. REQ (can be part of the planning objectives)
Site plan drawings. (Refer to the detailed submittal requirements for specific information to be presented
