11. IT IS THE CONTRACTOR'S RESPONSIBILITY TO ACQUIRE ALL NECESSARY PERMITS FOR CONSTRUCTION OPERATIONS IN PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAY.
12. PRIOR TO INSTALLATION OF PLANT MATERIALS, THE SOIL IN ALL LANDSCAPE AREAS, INCLUDING PARKWAYS, SHALL BE THOROUGHLY LOOSENED TO A DEPTH OF NOT LESS THAN EIGHTEEN (18) INCHES AND SOIL
AMENDMENT
SHALL BE THOROUGHLY INCORPORATED INTO THE SOIL OF ALL LANDSCAPE AREAS TO A DEPTH OF SIX (6) INCHES BY TILLING, DISCING OR OTHER SUITABLE METHOD, AT A RATE OF AT LEAST THREE (3) CUBIC
YARDS OF SOIL
AMENDMENT PER ONE THOUSAND (1,000) SQUARE FEET OF LANDSCAPED AREA.
13. EXISTING TREES SHOWN ON THIS PLAN ARE TO BE PROTECTED IN PLACE. SEE THE DETAILS ON THIS SHEET FOR SPECIFIC PROTECTION REQUIREMENTS. ALL TREE TRIMMING AND REMOVAL IS TO BE PERFORMED
BY A LICENSED
FORT COLLINS ARBORIST PER THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS LAND USE CODE.
