From GIS re Addressing:
1. Addresses will be assigned by the GIS Department after the plans have met
final approval through Development Review and are recorded with the City.
2. Projects with three or more tenant units require the Unit Level Addressing
form to be completed and submitted to the GIS Department once plans have
met final approval through Development Review and are recorded with the City.
This can occur anytime during construction, but before any utilities or address
signs are installed. All addressing will be determined by the GIS Department
and submitted to Poudre Fire Authority, USPS, Building Services, and Fort

other means may result in address changes.
The Unit Level Addressing form can be obtained by contacting the GIS office at

01/13/2016: An offsite access easement is needed for the pedestrian
connection east of the property to the English Ranch subdivision. Currently
offsite easements call for Drainage and Temporary Construction easement. Will
the new multi-use path be open prior to the removal of the temporary asphalt

on the Sollenberger property? An easement is also needed for the HOA
property in English Ranch off of Kingsley Court for this sidewalk connection.

FCP response to US West easement:
The Easement granted to US West Communications in 1992 (#92042010) is a non-exclusive easement for
underground telecommunications facilities. The Easement specifically provides: “The Grantor reserves the
right to occupy, use and cultivate said easement for all purposes not inconsistent with the rights herein
granted.” The drainage easement is a surface use of the property that will not interfere with US West’s
underground telecommunications facilities.

01/12/2016: The updated grading plan for the detention areas and the mix of
tree and shrub plantings will provide nice habitat for birds on the site. To provide
additional habitat for butterflies and other pollinators, more flowering perennials
should be included in the planting plan. For example, in place of the native grass
mix in the eastern detention pond, a mix that includes flowering perennials
should be considered instead.
I will provide an example seed mix created by our Natural Areas department at
the staff review meeting.
Response: A flowering native seed mix is now shown in the eastern detention pond. The seed mix that was

are full cutoff - please confirm. If either of these fixtures will be recessed under

Response: Fixture Type “S4” is not full cut-off, Fixture Type “S5” is mounted under carport canopy and
Mounting is now called out with a drawing note number 1. Both fixtures will be changed to full cut-off fixtures.

Lower (3000K or less) color temperatures are recommended by the
International Dark Sky Association to reduce impacts to human health and
wildlife. Please consider a warmer color temperature for these fixtures.
Response: Fixtures will be changed to 3000K color temperature lamps.
